"If I'm the only one, then so be it."
*limps towards Thanos army*

"...but I'm willing to bet I'm not."

Rocket: “He’s pretty good at that”
Scott: “Right?”

The Winter Soldier still remains the best Marvel movie in my book.

"This is Steve Rogers" He doesn't need to say "I'm Captain America". Everyone knows. Everyone listens

There will come a time when Chris Evans is no longer Captain America. And that day will be a very sad one for me.

I like that he says they shot Nick Fury instead of killed Nick Fury he's not lying to his fellow SHIELD agents

I love the way Pierce responds to Cap saying he's hydra. He's just like, yup.

"The price of freedom is high"
it's always been, we can all agree on that

This is the True Super Power of Captain America. not his strength or speed, but his words. by using his words he's able to rally the people around him.

he's able to inspire regular people, soldiers, hell even villains sometimes to do the right thing.

Evan's acting is incredible and he just is the definitive Cap, he was born to play this role...

1:10 I liked that those two Shield Agents gave their lives to at least try and stop the hydra agents

The price of this DVD is high. Always has been. And it's a price I am willing to pay. And if I'm the only one then so be it. But I'm willing to bet I'm not.

Cap always has the best lines in the MCU

I am German. Back here a lot of people see cap as propaganda for america. And maybe he was. And maybe he makes Americans still proud. But to me he his a symbol of freedom and justice. The MCU-performance from Chris Evans moved something in me, and this "propaganda-superhero" from the "arrogant americans" is my favorite hero and an great example. Not an arrogant patriot, but a true hero.

Gives me chills every time, one of the best written scenes in movie history.

.."The price of freedom is high. It always has been. It's a price I'm willing to pay. If I'm the only one, then so be it." That right there is what defines the character perfectly. That's what it means to be a hero. Chris Evans has nailed the character perfectly. He exceeded my expectations of what I wanted Captain America to be on film. Now if only Marvel will give me what I want which is an Avenger call to battle in one of the films. Just one time and I will die happy. lol

I still don’t get how he doesn’t come off as corny. He’s a blonde hair blue eyed clean shaved white man from the 40s called Captain America. He’s all about fighting for freedom and the American way yet he does it with so much heart and comes off as so decent and down to earth that he’s my favorite character in the MCU. Truly impressive stuff from all the writers and Chris Evans.

(Sam looks confused)
Cap: I saw it on the internet.

You can tell precisely at 0:26 that Cap hates what he's about to say. He's single-handedly demolishing a symbol of protection that his would-be wife spent DECADES building.
