The 100 hour brownie is is a placebo, people just think it taste better because of the aging factor. I'd prefer a fresh hot brownie straight out of the oven any day!

Trainwreck, OMG. Life doesn't have to be this hard. Buy a hand mixer and the right baking equipment. Espresso powder is in the coffee aisle. There's a serrated cutting strip on the parchment paper roll so you don't have to use scissors. Brown the butter more. I've done Alvin's exact recipe and if you follow the recipe, these turn out amazing. It's not clickbait. The 3 days in the fridge makes a huge difference .
