1/2 of a juicy lemon approximately 1/3 cup.
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil (divided)
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp each:
Basil
dill
parsley
salt
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
Cook the chicken thighs with the juice, on a medium flame, covered for 20 to 25 minutes flipping halfway.

Good Day Rosie. May I suggest poking holes with a fork in the chicken to help the marinade penetrate the meat. ❤️U 🥀-Z ✝️
