In this video, I cooked a traditional dish called ash dogh (buttermilk soup), which is cooked in different ways in Iran. The best recipe for this traditional and very nutritious food is made by nomadic women. In this dish, aromatic and fresh Iranian rice, fresh and aromatic vegetables, traditional sour buttermilk and spices are used, which has a very delicious taste.

I am Fatemeh and we live with my husband Farshad and two little angels in a beautiful and charming village called Vers. In our small yard we do gardening and mushroom cultivation and we are currently building our house and yard area.
