I hope someone from Samsung is watching. You know you have a bad product when people have to look for youtube videos on how to power off your damn phone.

My phone stock opens the Bixby app when you press the side button and doesn't show the standard power menu. After changing the settings to the side button, I will now see the power off/restart menu when I press the side button.

Those who are struggling with bixby app follow the next steps:

1) Swipe down from the top of your screen to go to the notifications menu. Once there, swipe down again to extend the menu.
2) Tap the power icon located on the top right of the screen.
3) Tap Side key settings.
4) Under the “Press and hold” options, Wake Bixby is selected by default. Tap Power off menu to disable the Bixby button.

There's a special place in this world for those who feel the need to make an Instructional video of how to use a power button. There's an EXTRA special place for those that make that video and screw it up. I guess I'll just ask Bixby how to do it

So if you use Bixby, you have to turn him off every time you want to shut off your phone? Triple dumb.

You need a better video that accounts for the Bixby default. You do realize that it is completely common sense to click the button you're showing us the click on. SMH
