thank you so much for taking the time to upload this clip! It saved me time agonizing over what might be wrong with my phone because I could not make any outgoing calls and the restart ( pressing both) didn't seem to work. I didn't know you can pull down the menu twice to get to the power button. anyways, rebooted and all is good again!
