I still love mine, 7 years later and it’s great. I’ve gotten so good with it and dread the day I need a new one. It’s like an extension of me at this point.

Still flying this drone till this very day. This drone can do what the Mini 3 Pro does, tilt up camera, portrait video and photos. Just that the downside it's only at 8 bit and with the older sensor since it's the first edition of its class. Being that said, the Mavic pro is not capable of recording at low light situations during the night, but it still performs great during the daytime, with D-Log and D-Cinelike enabled, the color footage is just great.

This thing is a unit. I use mine to drop bait off the beach for shark fishing and it hasn’t disappointed me once. It has regularly carries a pound of meat 1000-1500 yds offshore in 15-20mph winds.

Just realized that Mavic Pro has a very small camera in comparison to its size and mavic 3's!
Everything is getting much better nowadays...
Anyways, Old is Gold!
Seeing Mavic Pro will always be Nostalgic!

Many People think the Mini 3 is the only drone that could shoot in landscape and portrait mode, but the Mavic Pro could do it. Lots of cool features on that drone that didn’t carry over into the Mavic Pro 2.

Found out my Mavic Pro had a hardware issue causing the camera to blur and SD card not to read. Bought a wrecked Platinum Pro, swapped over the camera/gimbal, arms, and props. Now I have a Platinum Pro that is a BEAST!

June 2023 and I still fly mine, along with a phantom 4 pro non v2 version that still uses light bridge 2 transmission, and a phantom 2 that still flys on original batteries. I had a phantom 3 pro but sold it recently but still worked without any issues. The only issues I had out of any of them was one mavic battery went bad but it didn’t happen while flying. It refused to take a charge
