Hello, I used "SharePoint Designer 2007" years ago, but unfortunately, I can no longer see the "code" and "design" environment In the main program window from the later versions. Please guide me if possible.

I have created a SharePoint 2010 workflow for approval when document is added in document library.
I have created Custom Task process. But sometimes workflow throws erro like..
An error has occurred
The task is currently locked by running workflow.
