Usually, these online tutorials are soooo dry that I get bored and quit before they finish;, but with Chandoos online tutorials, it's like you've turned around to ask a close colleague for help. That said, the only improvement, at least from my chair, is that often I couldn't see past your head as it was blocking the bottom of the PivotTable Fields, but aside from that...excellent!

Thanks a lot, basically under rows we have to write (group by features, we can move some features to columns if required), where condition in filters, which features to aggregate and what to aggregate in the Values box-- for those coming from sql background this will be useful.
