What helped my Lupus butterfly rash?

I tried everything.

I spent thousands of dollars on products,facials, etc before I knew what it was. I thought I had rosacea.

Low and behold , it was the infamous Lupus butterfly rash.

It suddenly made sense!!

These products can be found at any drugstore ! My area has CVS and Walgreens. Both had all products. Amazon also carries them.
