I saw it when it was a star. I watched it for 5 minutes expecting it to be a plane but no flashing lights. As it approached it looked like it had headlights, then turned into a glowing cloud before the spiral everyone has seen. Absolutely blew my mind!

When they launched a falcon from California I was able to watch from 30000 feet as I flew from YEG to YOJ in Alberta Canada. I think why I seen was the separation of the different stages. I seen it from the east as it bloomed and spiraled nw and watched it go up and away then down over the horizon. Most amazing thing I’ve ever seen.

Yep, saw the whole thing.. was imaging at the time, and first thought it was the ISS, with its light somehow refracting through low cloud or fog.... was about to pack up my gear until I saw the spiral... social media went crazy lol

The public doesn’t get notifications of these events it’s probably the soviets launching nuclear weapons stuff or drones. I wouldn’t go outside for at least the recommended time for radiation exposure via a nuclear weapon or the trauma as if it’s a live artillery type shell over someone’s house like soldiers do.
