What should I do if I don't know how many employees my company has?

Most of us know exactly what our employee coverage covers. My HSA payments are approximately 250 a month. It sounds like Medicare would be less expensive. Also our Employer dental coverage is atrocious. It doesn't cover oral surgery. Would Medicare cover it?
