I marinade my brisket over-nite, put brisket on grill @250 and sear both sides for about 2 hours, put it back in foil pan with marinade poured over it and tented. Back on the pit until 205 deg . Pull and rest for an hour or so then slice it up. Always tender and full of flavor.

I love this resipe, i watch it evrey year befor cook my brisket, and every body loves it.

ive tried it and it was better than my brothers brisket and that was the first time cooking brisket. i only added sea salt, black pepper, parika, basil, and olive oil around it.

Anyone know cooking time and temperature in a slow cooker with this exact recipe?

My temp was right and all but came out like it was a boiled roast and not tender, Advice?

Spanish version says no more than 20 minutes... But this one says at least 10 hours
