Inside the night Jacob Rees-Mogg lost his Somerset seat

One of the biggest upsets of this election has been in Somerset where the former Brexit minister Sir Jacob Rees Mogg lost his seat.

The former MP said farewell in typical style with a quote from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
