How do you make sure when you send a document, that the receiver knows to look for comments or review? If they don't have the review set, how will they know there are comments (for example, if they only view set for final.)

I know I'm a bit late but is there any way to choose which color do I want each comment to be shown in? I have to analyse news reports so I need to label the sources, main ideas, quotes, etc. Having just one color is simply not going to work for this purpose. Thanks
