Just got mine, put it together. But I had to read the instructions and the video from other users. I got to tell you, I'm impressed how well the hardwood floors look. Very nice and dries fast. Its November and cool outside, I thought it would take some time to dry. Wow! I was always doing it manually but now I can pop this out of the docking station and with ease. (Now I'm going have to try to find another way to exercise and burn calories haha) I would recommend this model. I can understand some who don't like it. It's all relative. This is why they have a return policy. I'm keeping mine!! Thanks Bissell! ( should I get paid for this infomercial? )

I was so disappointed with this Bissell Crosswave. Ordered the Cordless Max and didn't get all the accessories with it. Only reason I ordered it on line was because it showed the extra rollers.

Wrong. pulling up on the tab does not release the roller.
