Ingredients:
Boil 200 ml of water for 4 mins shut it, then add 3 curry leaves cover,
& let it stay for 5 mins
Add 1/4 tsp turmeric
Add 3 pinches cinnamon
Add 2 pinches black pepper
Add 1 pinch ginger powder
If too spicy add honey to taste or reduce the pinches
Drink it 2-3 times a day but not on empty stomach
Eat Vitamin C rich food &
