I didn't measure any of the ingredients, didn't have corn starch, used cayenne pepper instead of chili powder (same thing right?), and pan fried it in a few tbsp of olive oil. It STILL turned out phenomenal. This recipe is idiot proof and delicious easy 10/10

This is a first, I never seen any one put fish in cold water. Question what does it to. ? but it looks crispy the way I like it. but did u add corn starch. that's how u make it crispy. I'm cutting down on using oil, instead I always buy olive oil , or avocado oil. and my sister recently bought me a air fryer. . 1i was jamming to the music and u giving that fish a work out.😅
