Thank you Hannah for all the tips. Sometimes I feel bad that I cannot lift my legs really straight. I trust that the modifications you showed are as effective if done properly. Also the exercises when lying on my stomach are very challenging as I can only lift the legs few inches from the mat but I’m working on it and hope it will get better as days pass by. Thank you for your dedication to us, you’re truly an inspiration.

I had been waiting for this.! Some days I can keep my legs straightened easily. But on other days, it's hard. Lying on the back and Keeping my lower back stuck to the mat while straightening the legs is difficult still.!

I struggle with the first excersise too much can you tell me the reason why I can straight up my legs even while sitting.

Actually my legs are like this whenever i try to do leg drops like i can't straighten it more and i hate it my mom my is 48 years old and she can't do leg drops with in perfect and straight position is there a way to fix this?

Hi Hannah, could these exercises help in me being able to eventually cross my legs or would you do some that maybe could, I'm not looking for miracles, not at my age ..
