Today we have a stunning pair of vintage Gibson pieces, a 1952 Les Paul and a 1954 GA-40! These two came from the same loving home and it shows - both are in fantastic condition for their age, and the combination has a great sound that you're sure to love. Today we have Jay in to tell you all about them before Aaron Hiebert plugs them in for a demo!

For more information on the guitar and amp please give us a call as these are new arrivals!

a 70 year old guitar that doesn’t look even slightly dated and has barely changed since then. what an amazing design.

What a tone duo... Glorious, visceral - elegantly disheveled. Wow...

A major thank you for the Living End riff! Was an excellent reminder of how great they were. Dove back in to their catalog this evening, some monster playing on those albums!

Unbound board and the diagonal screws P-90. Love it.

I understand the difficulties players had/have with an original '52 wrap-under tailpiece, and I'm glad this has an aftermarket part to help with that. But I've also heard complaints on the neck angle on the '52s. What is the problem there? Aaron seems to be making some might fine noise on this one.

Without calling, what ballpark are we in? It's a beautiful guitar and amp! Thanks for the video and chance to see/hear.

What is the Potentiometer for the tremolo? I’m fixing one but can’t figure out what it originally had there

You guys should really put the prices of stuff at the end, so I know if I need to sell a kidney or not.

"Very I know he's comparing it to a burst or whatever but still, how many people watching this video are thinking "oh yeah, I might scoot on down to the store and pick that up this afternoon"? This is very UN affordable in the real world. A beautiful antique that we are lucky enough to see and to hear before it disappears into some rich-lister's cigar room for the next 50 years.

Sorry guys, not a hater, but sounds like the intonation is still out, or the guitar slips out of tune while filming.
