I’ve been listening to this for a while now and thought I would give some feedback.
I can’t recall exactly how long I’ve been listening but I know it’s not 3 months yet.
I’ve been listening twice daily and use a booster by Akuo before and an accelerator by Hypnodaddy at the end.

I don’t tend to fixate on results ie I don’t keep looking daily for changes in the mirror and prefer, instead, to let the subliminal mind do its work at its own pace.
