BOXING GYM TOUR‼️ (BEGINNERS GUIDE)

What is a boxing gym some might think any place with punching bags is a Boxing gym but that's not necessarily true, most cardio boxing gyms are not equipped for competition. Just because you have a few bags and a fitness gym doesn't make it a boxing gym it's really more about the knowledge that you will be gaining in that environment but there are definitely some essential tools. Here's a peek at our training facility, just enough to get the job done!!

You are the best! I know world champion boxers that walked in gym without a ring or great equipment. So many fancy gyms that aren’t jack. Excellent gym to get the job done! My gym is coming along and it’s in my garage! 🥊

Nice gym Coach V. Will you make a video on how you would structure a training camp for your amateur and pro fighters? How many miles of roadwork? How many times are they training per day? How many rounds of sparring per week? How many rounds on each bag in the gym?
