I don't know where to start. I've listened to so many NDE stories and Mary Helen just resonates with me ❤️ I love her joyful, excitable way she tells her story and I can't wait to delve into the frequencies she talks about. She had me at "Exsqueeze Me!" lol This was such a TREAT! Her energy is palpable and contagious and the details of her story are inspiring. I feel like most of what she says can EASILY be put on awesome t-shirts. Truly loved her analogies and teachings based on her personal experience. Definitely one of the best accounts and NDEers I've come across so far. When people come back with such a rich and life empowering experience I can't help but wish that we all could at some point have an NDE (minus the death and pain part) to help calibrate the soul and help us all see past our differences and choose Learning, Growth, Expansion and LOVE 24/7 seven days a week. Jeff, Helen is one of the best guests you've ever had on. She didn't hold back, told her story in a fun and enthusiastic way that was both informative and entertaining at the same time. I love the stories of her saying what was going to happen, and then it did.
My take from her is, live your life to the fullest. Whatever is going to happen, is going to happen. DO NOT LIVE IN FEAR. As Jesus teaches, love, love and love one another. The greatest gift He gave us is Love.

Absolutely loved her story and her energy is amazing. To those of us wondering why we seem to be slogging through this challenging life with not much help...no guardians appearing by our bedside, no angels giving us messages etc. I used to feel the same way, like why can't I have these profound spirit realm interactions?! Well what she said was 100% true, because YOU chose it. I had a QHHT session that changed my life. My council (yes we all have a council of wise higher souls!) came through and told me that it was ME that wanted to come down here with zero help. It was me! They actually laughed when I asked "why am I so alone down here?" Because I CHOSE it. So all of you dear souls out there that listen to these magical amazing NDEs and feel cheated because you don't get to experience these things, please remember you are a warrior! I could watch and listen to Dr Mary Helen for days, she’s lovely and wise and answered so many questions I had and given me so much more to ruminate over.
