I personally hating dlss/fsr for one specific reason - it allows developers to become lazy af in game optimization sector, and marketing as a “next gen gaming”, while in reality raw gpu performance has increased only in a margin of error, some people should really learn about critical thinking skills.

As an Nvidia card user, AMD would handle much more than console graphics based off what I've seen of them. While also being cheaper AND having more VRAM on cheaper models, something Nvidia should take note of.

amd is very good. i got a rx 5700 xt and it runs cyberpunk at ultra settings at a smooth 60 fps

FSR and XeSS exist + raw raster power is better on AMD and i can easily max my settings in 1440p on a 7800XT, DLSS is better though, but XeSS is almost as good and can be also used on AMD graphics. But the Nvidia ray tracing performance is unmatched (that's not to say that a 4060 has better RT performance than a 7800XT, but only a little pricier (than the 7800XT) 4070 has. (And if you don't know Ray tracing isn't Nvidia only) That's not to say Nvidia GPUs are worse than AMD ones. (I read the comments and know that it's just for fun, this is just context it's just that this kind of videos damage AMD and lower their competitiveness, which lets Nvidia be greedier)

The problem with dlss is that it undermines actually putting in effort to make hardware itself perform better, and makes devs lazy and stop caring about optimizing their games. Another point against it is that super sampling is actually terrible for competitive gamers, when competing in a pvp environment, you want to be fed fast and ACCURATE information. Try playing a game like rainbow six siege using fsr or dlss on dx12 and you will think you are going insane.

and then ya'll say why Nvedia is dominating while AMD is catching up, but that's not it, it's how ya'll like to mock the competition with some vague comment like AMD graphics are comparable only to console level which is a complete lie from a standpoint of you being a "content creator" Yes, Nvidea's are good, doesn't really means AMD's cards are as bad as you are saying "jokingly" real good move, and before you say it, i use a 4090.

FSR 3.1 offers similar fps, looks as good as native, got FG miles better than nvidia's AND CAN BE USED ON ANY GPU
