- 1 Cup flour
- 300ml milk
- 1 Tbsp Lemon & Herb spice
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp Spice for Fish

Place your fish on a cooling rack or paper towel after frying. (This part of the video accidentally got omitted)
