As someone who accidentally lost 40 pounds due to mainly chronic pain and depression, can confirm, 100% better to eat something than nothing. My doctor was very concerned.

The best thing to remember, anything is better than nothing. Food, exercise, anything. A piece of toast and a 2 minute walk is better than nothing.

Dipping a wrap in humus is my go to 😂

"Nutrition by Kylie" makes youtube shorts about realistic recipes/ideas. It's by a nutritionist who is ADHD herself (and I believe she also has IBS?).

Her focus is on thinking differently about food, like how to get the ingredients in an edible state without too much hassle, how to prepare a bit ahead when you are having a good day, how to rethink what a meal should look like (for example, breakfast for dinner or vice versa is perfectly fine).

And my favourite: focus on what you can add. For example: only have energy for cereal, toast, or waffles? Instead of feeling guilty about your food choice, think of something you could add to increase nutrition (like fruit, humus, peanut butter, cucumber, anything that seems doable right then).

Like this wonderful and brilliant song teaches: fed is best.

So my question is: collab when? I'd love a nutritional song and dance crossover.

My go to when I'm not feeling like making anything is buttered toast with cinnamon and sugar, or even toast with peanut butter and honey. Doesn't take a lot of effort and tastes delicious

Damn this is awesome. So many times I get so lost and I know food will pick me up but then I get lost in what to eat. It was a hard lesson learned that it didn’t matter what I ate as long as I ate, and then after when my brain got more settled then I could think clearly on what’s next.
