In this series I am taking you through a series of exercises that will lead up to POWER WALKING. Walking and Running are actually very high level mastery skills and we don't realise this. Body Efficiency Training is all about optimising the way we use our body. Better efficiency comes with. better posture and alignment as well as a better flow of movements. For this we need to develop an internal awareness and feeling of our body positioning and energy. Connecting our mind and body together also helps us to access the LIfe Force energy or chi (Qi).

I'm so stiff and in pain when I walk...I can tell this will help
I just tried this video...it's a challenge.
I will keep practicing this starting now
