These settings work overall the best for many games but this doesnt mean that ALL Games will run better with these settings. Please remember that. You will have to tweak some settings for different games.
Overall I say best settings because they work great for most of games.

You can get a great performance if you set EE Cycle Rate to -75% and set EE Cycle Skip to Mild (1) if you set those settings too low or too high you'll notice your game starts to lag but just changing those settings to those values will give you just the right performance to significantly improve the gameplay speed, it might be different with some phones

Bro, thanks for the settings. I think you should put the "Vsync queue size" to 3-5, because it affect the fps. With the vsync to 0 it will take some fps.
