This is one of my '3 a day' fitness videos totalling 26 mins, I like it because it does not involve floor-based back bending exercises. I also aim for 100, 000 steps/week for calorie burn and am now down to 77kg and BMI 22 from 90kg and BMI 27. YOU MUST DO THE EXERCISES EVERY DAY FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS to see a big difference, you do not get results after only a few weeks!! I am 65 years old, so anyone can do this if they put their mind to it 👍

Thank you, I went from 74 kilos to 62 kilos, it was difficult but not impossible at first because I didn't see results, I despaired, but I focused a lot on this, thanks man

Os 4 exercícios COMPROVADAMENTE que realmente funcionam :
3x15 cada exercício, 1 dia sim outro nw.
Eu peso 53 kg e já tenho o abs desenhado aí pra racha ficou mais fácil. Rachei com 18 seções. Agora tô na definição e crescimento. E tá funcionando bem porque a mulherada fica admirando e querendo tocar, chama muito atenção (detalhe eu treino em casa mesmo)
Abs solo,
Canivete curtinho,
Abs bicicleta,
Elevação de pernas curtinha, como se fosse dar uma cambalhota.
Dieta : 2 colheres de farelo de aveia de manhã e 2 a noite + 2 colheres de albumina (PC ovos 80% de proteina) a noite, cada colher de sopa valem a 8 claras de ovos, é um TIRO, tome só a noite. E QUASE ZERO DE AÇÚCAR E QUASE NADA, MAS NADA MESMO DE ÁLCOOL.
