This recipe of mine was actually a request. Egg Rolls are a little bit of a passion.. or maybe obsession of mine lol. I love making different types of egg rolls. I love trying stuffing them with a ton of different things. When I decided to make Crab Rangoon Ell Rolls I wasn't initially sure how they would come out, but after they were done they quickly became one of the favorites of my friends. I am asked to make it all the time now. One of those friends begged me to make a video on it so they could just make them for themselves... so here you go =)

Total Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 12 Egg Rolls

5oz. Crab Meat, Drained
6oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
1 Garlic Clove
1 Green Onion, Diced
1/2 tsp. Salt ( I left this out of mine but most like it saltier then I do)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
12 Egg Roll Wrappers

I really wanted a lower fat version so i brushed mine with peanut oil and baked them at 400 deg frht for 25 minutes each side and they were absolutely amazing thanks for the recipe!! My husband and kids were amazed by how simple and quick it was yet still had such a depth or flavor.

Don't be scared to use about 1 t of Worcheshire sauce, about 1 t of sugar and 1 t of onion powder in your filling. Takes it over the top!

Just curious, in the intro it mentions salt and worcestershire but then you don't add any, and it's also not mentioned in the recipe card. Are those in there too or was that an error?

Yum! Where did you buy the crab meat? I have only seen large cans at $10+ per can and it was packed with a lot of water. Did you have to drain it and is that a plastic container? I can't wait to try them.
