It’s a zucchini pasta thats creamy and delicious without any cream. Stanley Tucci featured it on his TV show and said it was the best thing he had ever eaten!

I tried it in Sorrento and was shocked how good it was too 😊

I make same dish but add parmesan on top no provolone. Love the zucchini with pasta together.
