What are the signs of early labor and active labor? How can I tell the difference? The kick-start of labor is more often than not signaled by unusual, unexpected and non-textbook signs. Today’s video is about the signs of EARLY labor and ACTIVE labor from a midwife’s experience of hundreds of “unusual complaints” that turned out to be a birth-day time and time again 😉

Just wanted to say- planned a natural birth- got an epidural- no regrets. Learning signs of labor is great! Natural birth is great, but if you're in terrible pain and natural stuff aint working, it's ok to get an epidural- no guilt!
