wow, this card is truly amazing. I got a GTX980 TI and looks like the GTX 1080TI performs twice as better, definitely worth an upgrade. and this is the reference version if I'm not mistaken, I can't even imagine how customized versions will perform.

@ 4:10 Alright, others have probably pointed this out, but that is a SINGLE-LINK DVI adapter, not Dual Link. You need an active adapter ($100+), not a passive one to do dual link DVI from displayport. All people with 120Hz or 144Hz monitors with only DVI Dual link (like mine) are hosed, and can't use more than single link up to about 80Hz with the 1080Ti FE.

1080 "tai" beats titan x in almost every game.just getting excited to see these benchmarks but cant even afford a 1050 or 460 :(

1080ti isn't overkill for 1080p at all, not when you plan on playing at 240hz, even 165hz.

Eber, you are my favorite techie on Youtube, love the style and information in your vids! Personally I'm waiting for the Asus OC'ed 1080Ti as I've always had great performance with their OC'ed Nvidia cards and I hear it's coming mid-March. I was gonna buy the 1080 Strix for $669 but for $30 more, it's a no-brainer to get the 1080Ti! It's the last part of my new build!
