Thanks to Bill & Mike for another useful trick demonstrated! You might mention for those (unfortunate) people still using Excel 2016 that we don't have the ToolTips when we add a Custom column formula. (unless there is a setting somewhere I don't know about).

Love it! I used to go back to the table to remove the space one by one. Now with this trick, it’s going to save me lots of troubles! Thanks, Mike!

That's a great short way. I used a longer one in past. When tables are expanded: 1. use header as first row, 2. Transpose (from tab 'Transform'), 3 Trim text in the headers column, 4. Transpose, 5. Use first row as headers. However, have you noticed, if headers contain few words and there are extra spaces between them, PQ would not eliminate these. PQ only removes extra spaces from beginning and end. Then I would capitalize each word and replace space with nothing

Nicely done. However, it is worth considering that the data itself (not just the headings) may have unwanted spaces. Accordingly, I take a slightly different approach:
1. Demote Headers.
2. Trim all columns.
3. Promote Headers.
4. Change Type – to format columns accordingly.
