“Baby Laugh A Lot…never seems to stop, and neither will your nightmares.” I had to laugh at that one. 😂

Wow... Most of these toys are strange and unknown to me. Thank God I didn't buy them for my kids 🙂. Thanks Rhett for sharing. Stay safe and have a great weekend.

Oh my I can't believe that people would design some of those 'toys' thinking that they were something good to give Children. I'm an adult and even a Grandmother and I just may have nightmares now because of this video! As always, great video!

Little Miss No Name looks like she rode the coat tails of the " Big Eyes" painting and the artist. There is a movie about the artist titled " Big Eyes".

Little Miss No Name looks like something that would have been sold in Spencer's or Hot Topic. I'm pretty sure they meant for it to be creepy with that font and ominous ellipses on the box.
Also, I had a cabbage patch doll that "ate" food. I thought it was cool. I'd forgotten all about it until now! **Core memory unlocked**

I got a Charlie McCarthy ventriloquist doll for Christmas when I was little. After I saw the movie Magic, I stuck it in the back of the closet because I was terrified it would kill me in the middle of the night.

Rhett, I never imagined that there were so many "creepy, " toys for children. These toys gave me the "creeps" just watching this video. Loved your metaphors, too. Have a fantastic weekend. Take care 🐎

The doll with the tear on her face reminds me of those "crying boy" paintings that caused quite a stir in the UK some years ago due to surviving fires while practically everything else was reduced to ashes. Turns out the canvases were treated with fire repellent/protectant.

What were these toy companies thinking of!? My gosh some of them probably scared the daylights out of children. That pregnant one from Japan takes the cake. Your funny Rhetty...Jack in the box looks like Freddy kruegars kid lol! I have to say I did love trolls...we called them WishNicks which were shown at the start of your video. . I liked them because I was able to braid and style their hair 😂 Great video Rhetty!! Thx so much!

U know that the cymbal monkey is creepy when it not only makes it into a Stephen King story but is a Spirit Halloween animatronic

I am a Barbie doll collector and I remember Happy Family Midge. Parents really flipped out.

Fuglers look about as creepy as the Quiznos mascots! Haha! The face banks are about the same scariness as those "feed the pig" ads about saving money by having the creepy pig man follow you around!

I can't believe somebody actually thought it was a good idea to make a Hitler doll. That's seriously messed up. The narwhal playset was, too.

Luckily I never had too many creepy toys growing up. I did have the toys based on the Teletubbies, and I'll admit they were quite bizarre looking. They never gave me nightmares, though.

How about doing a video series of the most controversial toys of each decade? That would be interesting to see. Have a good weekend!
