- Alan from Ford cleared this up in the comments, but there is a clarification needed about the platform used for the E-Transit Custom, it is sitting on a separate platform to the ID.Buzz, but the new combustion Transit Custom will be used for the next generation VW Transporter.

Hi Alex, the platform is a Ford platform, not a VW platform on the Custom.
I managed to tongue tie myself with Courier and Custom references, but it came across pretty well.
