Mr P Chidambaram, the Veteran former Finance Minister is VERY RIGHT. Budget & Plan are only targeting BJP's propaganda & Vote Capturing Strategies. They are only targeting to raise only 1% of the population who are from Ahmedabad, Gujarat not bothering about the entire Indian Population.
