I have it 24/7 and on the 5th months (vestibular Migraine no headache but experience burst of scattered dull pain on areas of my head). In VMT since January but it was just Feb. 23 had a very minimal symptoms, was even stable with my exercise at therapist office. Short lived tho, come the night of 26 it came back again .
