In this short After Effects tutorial, I'm going to show you my workflow to create Advanced 3D Animations in After Effects.

first locate some 3D models, that are either OBJ files, or GLB files.

Then put that into your After Effects Composition. Create a solid a rotate it to be the floor.

Next add an environment light, and apply an HDRI to it.

Finally Create a Camera and Animate the position, and point of interest to animate the movement.
