The easiest way to remove/replace with this style clamp. Loosen up more than you think. Pull seat up, slide lower clamp out the side.
Install new seat on to upper clamp. Pull seat up to engage upper clamp, slide lower clamp back in position.

I've ridden the pure v for years and it is awesome, definitely a step up in comfort over most stock saddles

WTB Pure is definitely my favorite. I own a few of them over the years. I use them on my MTB. I use Selle Italia SLI for my road and cyclecross bikes, as Pure is too padded for those applications.
