Bee Fly Slow Motion

This new Panasonic Lumix camera is opening up an entirely new world for me.

I am trying my hand at slow motion video. And nothing is cooler than arthropods - unless it is arthropods in slow motion.

So here we go.

Spring happened about a month late for us on Vancouver Island, but it is finally here, and the bee flies are out and in full force.

I hope you like this. It is a few seconds of a bee fly eating, hovering, and cleaning its proboscis.
