This past few episodes have been incredible. Addison brought back what we were missing.

Finally someone speaks up. I’m so tired of the narrative Richard and Bailey throw saying “ I raised you” “ you need to be loyal” “this hospital gave you everything” like yes I’m sure they are grateful for them as teachers but every single other student who moved in ended up thriving. I mean they don’t mention Cristina much but it seems like she’s thriving. And Arizona is off doing her work in New York, and countless more. Like Meredith gained a lot from grey Sloan but also lost a lot. Her husband, she had a miscarriage, her sister, her friends, and more. She deserves to leave and I hope she does

This speaks truth for the younger generation. I hope every adult could understand that we are not going to stand what they did because it is wrong now, and it was wrong then.

0:39 Addison's wisdom really hit me home. Including Richard,

It's interesting how Addie's returned to the dress sense & personality she had in GA, which differs alot from how she was in PrP

This can be said for many workplaces. Many people are no longer just quitting their jobs, they're saying something about the pay, benefits (which is still tied to your employer), and working conditions, etc. People are fighting against their corporate overlords and captured government for better pay, a healthcare system that isn't for-profit and better working conditions.
The old way isn't working and has not been for the past 20 years. There are no longer any workplaces that value their staff, it's "you're replaceable" and are treated less than human. Many companies are only loyal to their shareholders and CEOs and that's it.

Speaking the truth that is sadly accurate everywhere, not just for doctors. I quit nurse school because of it.

Richards whole thing is just what Minnick was trying to do but he just got caught up in his ego and attacked her for it. now is pretty much passing off her idea as his own

Addison didn't complete her residency at that hospital though so I don't get it unless she was just talking about her residency in general and not at Grey Sloan

I wish Richard would understand Mer's decision. She did more than what she did for years at SGH. It makes me so mad.
