I woke up this morning and decided to google “how to find my purpose in life.” I came across Jack Canfield and read the article. I also reserved a spot for the webcast. Then I came to YouTube and unsubscribed to any channel that didn’t mean me any good and subscribed to Jack Canfield’s channel. I feel accomplished just after making those few steps to greatness.

I took your advise and have bee writing in a grateful journal every morning. I like the idea of setting my timer on my cell every 20 minutes to reflect on my thoughts. I believe I will try that !

Lightning struck a tree near my home and blew out both televisions almost a year ago. It was the best thing that could have happened. I now keep updated only with the articles that I want to read and skip all the negativity. Another thing that I do every morning is review a list of things that I want to manifest in my life . Thanks Jack!

I have been watching the news more in the past 3 months than I ever have in the past. I am going to take Jack's advice and watch an hour a week instead of two hours per day. Boy, did I need to hear that advice!

That is the best advice! I stopped watching the news 7 years ago. Don’t miss it at all. I also cut out watching negative crime story/murder/thriller tv shows. Best thing I ever did.

Fantastic as always Jack. The biggest factor in me having a positive mindset is definitely having a problem solving attitude to life. I've found that in doing so, my focus shifts from one that's in the trenches of negative emotions and instead focused on what I can do to improve the reason I'm there to begin with

I also would begin acting, speaking to others, and deciding in ways that are more pro-active. The thoughts are fine, but as you say the doing right away underscores the outcomes and reinforces the belief. I like these reminders, nudges... !

The news has already taken a back seat in my life. Unless it is on the radio while I am listening, it does not get read or watched.. well aside from the weather. I am thinking I should start a gratitude journal above all else.. I am pretty much mindful of my thoughts and I have been going in the right direction with changing them.. I slip up every now and again.. but, I allow that from myself. slow is better than no motion.. Thanks for this video, it reinvigorated me!

It is all about keeping a positive mindset. That doesn't mean you can't get down. In fact, those times will help you better appreciate the good ones. The key is to not dwell on the low times, and to not stay in them and let them take over your life. *Great video!*

I've been writing 10 things I'm thankful for, daily, for over a year (started 9-2-18). This was advice from Bob Proctor. He said his staff and himself all do this same thing, and that if anyone decides to do it, it will change your life for the good.

I am going to do the gratitute journal every single day. It is very obvious how the gratitute makes a different in life. And how different is it when you miss a day of your gratitude journal!
