Getting prepared for a disaster may seem outright overwhelming. But Glenn breaks it down step-by-step: “It’s actually really easy and inexpensive. You just have to take it one bite at a time.” Glenn heads to the chalkboard to lay out the “6 basic steps to prepping,” as well as everything you’ll need to pack a bug-out bag.

Unless it’s a flood or fire and your home is going to be destroyed, do not think of leaving. You’ll expose yourself to every roaming gang who were not prepared and willing to do any evil thing imaginable to survive. Leaving the home is the last resort.

That one gallon of water per person per day might be minimum for drinking but realistically water will be needed for alot more than just drinking.

My mother went through Hurricane Katrina and had a cash fund of $300. Sadly, it was in $20 bills. When the computers went down, no one could make change. You left money on the counter if you didn't have other denominations. Her next emergency fund started with $100 in ones, $100 in $5's and $100 in tens. I was broke then, I started with a mason jar full of change!

The channel "City Prepping" is excellent for levelheaded prepardness advice. Many other channels push fear and panic. City Prepping doesn't push fear.

Bugging out just makes you a vulnerable refugee with limited op sec. I suggest you bug in as long as humanly possible & allow the inevitability of the mass die-off to take place without becoming an early statistic yourself ✌️♥️💯 #Survive

At no time should a plea deal be offered to any public official or officer for on duty/in office criminal conduct.

The fact Glenn is saying this tells me things are much worse than we’re being told.

Good video Glenn. Having candles on hand is also good. Cheap light. If grid is down and you cant afford a generator, having candles or oil lamps will be a blessing. Even a couple in your Bob bag.

Glenn, this is a great public service! Even two weeks of food and water can be the difference between life and death.

Have a manual can opener!! When power goes out, will you be able to open all the cans of food in your house? You need a manual can opener, and it won’t hurt to grab a couple of extras for others. They’re cheap.

Keep in mind just because it's not happening in your backyard doesn't mean it's not happening

The top issue is to get right with God. Put loyalty to God ahead of survival.

More people are “prepped” than you think. Anyone who has lived where it snows much knows to be prepared for power outages. Anyone who lives where hurricanes are knows to prepare. Anyone who had parents who lived through the depression should know how to be prepared. Amish, Mennonites, LDS, all have history in being prepared. Farmers know there are good years and lean years and they are prepared. Folks in the big cities are who I fear for.
