Does the brembo rotors have to match the same as the stock rotor?

I tought it was 143 ft.lbs for the 21mm and 30ft.lbs for the pins, according with other videos

I have the same car and every time I break there’s a bad shake breaks are good I checked at the dealership and fortunately I drive the same way, would this fix that shake??

I have the same 2019 car, the two bolt that holds the caliper on to the rotor on my Passat is extremely tight, I literally spent 1 hour on trying to break the two 21 mil bolt free. Any Tips
