Vegan Sufganiyot (Jelly Donuts) 🍩

Every year Eric requests these jelly donuts 🍩 (sufganiyot) for Hanukkah. It’s the last night, but better late than never I say. 😂 Full recipe is on the blog (linked in comments).

(Note: Since filming this I reduced the sugar and boosted the liquid in the recipe just a tad. I think this gives them a lighter texture!)

We in Germany call that Krapfen, Berliner or Pfannkuchen (literally pancakes) depending on the region. :D
Loved them when i was younger.
You can get them all year round but a big portion and even more different versions of them get made in the carnival seasion (Fasching).
