For once I actually tried making a recipe I found on YT and this is bomb asf. I added water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Marinated the chicken in my own marinade and skipped the deepfrying part to decrease the cals a bit. Didnt have the plum sauce so I added mango chutney instead as I read online that it could be a good substitute and it turned out awesome.

Great recipe! I've been having something similar my whole life.
Let me hit you with a tip that'll blow your mind and ruin everyone's weight loss goals for next year too:
Used canned pineapple.
Rings or chunks are fine.
Remove them from the can and cook them with your bell peppers.
In that can add ¼ cup brown and 1 tbsp white sugars, and 1 tbsp of your corn starch.
Let it thicken after you add it to the pan.
It coats better, balances the vinegar, and adds a South Pacific flair to your regular SSC.
