I like how this show manages to make it's characters likable without compromising it's premise. Instead of just making hell a normal place without any exceptional flaws it fully acknowledges most demons aren't good people by human standards but because it's so normalized for them it's easier for the audience to not take issue with it.

Edit: For all of you that don't know, an imp's horn patterns determine their birth gender. Thick white stripes are male and thin white lines are female. Sallie May has the male stripes.
