Level: Basic-Intermediate
Description: Step by Step 2 is the companion workout to Step by Step. Start with a warm-up and a quick stretch, then on to 4 amazing combos filled with scoops up and down, disco v-steps, knee skips, split lunges around the world, ham curl straddles, shuffle turns, and my favorite funky pushes. Once you've learned all the combos we'll skip right to the weave. End with a cool down and stretch.
