Sir, I am from Bangalore, India have L5-S1 Disc Herniation since 10 years and Tailbone Pain since 4 years. My age is 40, Weighs 102 Kg and height is 5feet 6inch. I met many spine surgeon in india Manipal Hospital, Aster CMI Hospital etc., they say it minor and Surgery will not help and to live with pain. I am not able to sit with ring pillow and stand for long hours and always lying down this made me unemployed now for last 7 years.
